GURU Spotlight on BAKERS!

20 May

Let’s start this blog off with … “I was running into Bakers on a mission, to buy a pair of booties I saw on my Style Star, Alexis”!

Take a look at Alexis here!

I found the booties pretty quickly, was torn on a couple of different colors, but decided that I liked the bone color best. These are the perfect low wedge and are so comfy! I think they will great with jeans! So… I brought them to the register to purchase and then to be on my way….

Well… you know how when you are at the register and your eyes start to wander?? Well… it didn’t take me long to notice a pair of shoes that I had mentally been wanting! It stems back to my fit session at Buckle. I tried on a very similar pair of shoes, but for whatever reason I didn’t purchase them. What I had really liked about them was the colors in the wedge! Of course Bakers had the PERFECT pair. So… I had to try them on! The associate told me that she had them in black and she brought the black pair out to me as well. So, here you go:

How does a girl choose??
She doesn’t. She buys them in BOTH colors!!

Here is a better look at the two:

The best part of these shoes was the side view!

Now, I will tell you what really sold me… they are so comfy!!!! Plus, I really struggle when trying to find a cute black summer shoe!! This one makes me happy due to the fabric upper (makes it feel lighter) and of course the colorful wedge! But I had in my head I really wanted the bone one because it would go with everything! So, rather than decide, I just went for it and bought both! I just really think I will wear BOTH pairs all summer! So, what started with a mission for the booties ended up with me buying THREE pairs of shoes!!  It happens…. right??

Now take a look at some other options at Bakers:

So, what do you think?? Do you blame me?? I would argue that I probably could have skipped one pair and left with just 2… but I do really think I will wear all of them!! Let me know which ones you like the best?!

I would love to know what you think, so leave a comment!
